how do you remove the inner door handle?? what tool is used?

ok i have o ne of those already... i wasnt sure if the door handle had clips like the window cranks..

the clip should be reinstalled so the open part of the "c" clip is placed to the front of the door handel. if it gets on backwards the bad words will come out when it has to be removed.
