Drum to Disk conversion ((on rear)) of 1969 C10

Fellow enthusiasts;
I have a 1969 C10 that has drums on the rear and I'm wanting to convert to disk. I hate drum brakes with the passion of 1000 men. I just shattered a drum on a panic stop and that was my last thought of should I convert to disk? I'm absolutely doing it. My questions to my fellow members are:
1.) Is there a good candidate to use for a donor for my project or; should I buy a conversion kit?
2.) If a kit is preferred, where should I obtain the kit?

I thank you in advance for your input and expertise.

I went this route:http://67-72chevytrucks.com/vboard/s...d.php?t=249073

So far so good. He also has a bracket kit for caprice calipers (no e-brake).

Thanks Frizzle Fry. I'm looking at this as an option. I also want to review the donor vehicles, if any are acceptable.

Thanks Again.
Have a great day!
