Gettin' A '67

Hey guys, guess what??? I just called my mother. She lives down in Richmond, KY. My stepfather's dad lives in a little town in Estill County called Irvine. So, anyway, I used to live there and remember this truck. My brother said the guy want to sell it. So when I gathered some cash, I made my mom go down and check it out for me. She said the dude has a title. It has a V-8 but no good(307??) and a 3 on the tree. My stepdad's dad lives right next to the dude. And I have a 283 out of one of our era trucks in a '84 Camaro. I'm gonna yank the motors. But the flywheel and clutch on the 283. Put some decent rubber on it and drive it back up to my spot. She said it's not rusted out, but surface rust, but I know it's gonna have regular stuff. Oh, by the way, it's a '67 lwb 1/2 ton. YEA BABY!!!
Brandon
P.S. It may not be much compared to Pont, or Slammed or NSANE, but for me, it's just a start. I just got a digital camera last week and learned how to work it. I'll be updating everyone hopefully within the next 2 weeks.

Oh, and by the way, if anyone wants it, there's another truck right down the road from this truck. It's nice and redneck for ya. It's got a spare tire mounted to the front bumper. lol. 71 maybe?
If I can't get it running in a day or so, I'll just drag it back to my spot with "grandpa's" '66 2 ton wrecker, I've code named it "Paul's Cadillac." Oh yea, nice!

My mother if BEAUTIFUL! But yea, you're married, and although I would like a male role model that's got the sickness too. She's married. Shucks! lol. And Sean, man, I had the sickness when I was like 10. I promised a friend that we'd make a tug of war truck soon. It's gonna be one of these trucks. Actually I plan to be a U.S. Marine and after I'm out, I want to open my own shop, specializing in these trucks. My Dream!
