Help Please!!!??? 6 lug axles to 5 lug???

Okay I know lots of you have done this. Please guide me. I got some 6 lug axles I am taking to the machine to be changed over to 5 lug. I went to the parts store tonight and ordered 72 c-10 5 lug drums. Do I need bearings or anything else. I have never done this so please break this down for me...

sorry i dont have an answer for you. are you saying i can have my front hubs and real axels on my truck machined to have 5 lugs?
