Finally got some pics of my '65. I have it out at my bro-in-laws house in Rowe, NM, about 40 miles from me. Everytime I went out there I never had the camera...I finally remembered to take it. The body's off the frame now. We've recently cleaned the frame and painted it. I have a fresh 250 I6 to put in it with some performance parts..headers, intake, holley carb. I'm waiting on the tranny to be built (th400). I want to get the drive train in and the exhaust done before we set the body back on the frame. Little by little...

Here's some pics... It's currently sitting on a 72 frame, but I've decided to go back to the original frame..It's a long story...but I'll leave that out...jc

Thanks guys! My lady and I have been ordering lots of parts (now she has the 'truck' illness). We just received some packages yesterday of small items like bezels and stuff. Bumpers are on their way. I can' t wait myself. I'll keep pics coming as we progress...

Well.. haven't done any work to this truck this winter, but my lady and I (mostly her) have order some parts. This build is for her and she is just as excited as me. New bumpers, front and rear, just came in the weekend

. We also have a new cab mount kit, bed bolt kit, and rear bumper brackets waiting in the garage...Along with some parking and taillight lenses and bezels and chrome headlight bezels...Can't wait to get this thing going again..I wish it wasn't so far from home...
