Anyone know of a conversion for the spedo from mile/hour to a km/hour unit? 1967 Chevy 4x4 3/4ton 292 4spd.

the speedo and lens comes up every once in a great while from some of the other countrys these trucks were shipped too.. Otherwise, the only thing I can think of would be to buff the numbers off the lens, and put your own numbers on there in the correct locations.
