I had seen where when using the porterbuilt, guys were tunneling the back of the cab floor. If a 2 piece shaft was used do you think you could use a stock floor with a high hump?

you can lay frame with a two piece without cutting the cab floor, all with proper pinion angles.

That's good to know.........Since I already gave away my 2 piece shaft.

Oh well, I didn't think I would ever have a need for it.

I gave it to a friend who has done a lot for me through the years. I guess if I end up having a new one built I still came out cheap, all things considered.

Are you talking a solid billet aluminum.... or are you just talking an aluminum driveshaft?
I can't see any way that a chunk of billet aluminum being that cheap.... BEFORE they make it round.
