Engine, transmission, blocks, etc. SW Ohio
Trying to clean out the garage a little bit.
4-bolt main 350 mid-80's crate engine. I bought this off LonghornMan several years back, but I'm never gonna use it. It is supposed to be a virgin block. Comes with whatever cylinder heads are on it, and the rotating assembly. Nothing special, it needs complete rebuild. The block number is: 10066036...350..2 or 4 bolt main...Target Master/Goodwrench crate motor, 2-piece rear seal, "Hecho en Mexico". The heads are: 33417369...1990-up...350...Gen.I Goodwrench crate motor,"Hecho en Mexico", 76cc - Craigslist price: $90 Truck board price: $75 2-bolt main 350 block. Again, nothing special. This was in my first truck. Took it apart 5 years ago and it's been on the engine stand since. The block number is: 3914678....302.....1968....2 bolt main...Z-28 Camaro, 3914678....327.....1968....2 bolt main, 3914678....350.....1968....2 bolt main - Craigslist price: $60 Truck board price: $40 Small block cylinder heads. Came off engine block listed above. 3986339....1971......307/350......74cc chamber - Truck Board Price: $40 TH400 transmission. I pulled it out of a running, driving truck 5 years ago. It has been in my heated garage ever since. I drove on it for about a year and had absolutely no problems with it. Craigslist price: $90 Truck board price: $75 350/TH350 combo. Came in my truck "Ethel". Truck was delivered to me about a mile up the street and that was the most I drove on this engine/tranny combo. I idled it quite a bit and used it to haul some garbage to the curb, it never smoked nor sputtered. Transmission might need some work, might just have been a little low on fluid. Complete less carb and distributor. Craigslist price: $550 Truck board price: $400 No shipping on this stuff. Located 20 miles north of downtown Cincinnati. Exit 21 off of I-75. Just one more time... still have all these taking up space. Added block/head numbers where I could. Last edited by Alvin; 01-18-2008 at 10:00 AM. |

Chances are really good I'll still have them. I've had them on craigslist twice and I get a few emails the first day, then no follow-up. I've got the rotating assembly and intake i took off the 2-bolt engine, they're just boxed up and I haven't gotten that far in my garage cleaning yet.
