Help with transmission ID....

I got this transmission [3 speed manual] and got it cleaned up. I found all the numbers but have no idea what they mean. I tried the Gm tranny ID pages at Nasty Z28.com, but none are exact. Is this a Saginaw? It came out of a 1975-1976 Chevy truck.

If so, they say for ratios there's a no groove and then three more [up to 3 grooves]....where are these found?

Here's the page showing what I have in pics...
Transmission

Re: Help with transmission ID....

Thanks, I actually found a number on the cover that is between two Camaro Saginaw transmission ID numbers a few hours ago [3952646].

The grooves are around the input shaft splines I think. I don't see any on the one in the pics.
