I gotta give another vote for the Rallys. but I'm bias! I have the same wheels on 3 of my trucks, including my 2000 Z71!

Oh Man! Keep the stock wheels, dog dish hub caps, get some new rubber and for just a little bling throw some trim rings on it and it will look sweet!
