Question about heater control cables...

how the heck do I route them? They're stiff as he'll. The long one (heat) is easy, but the middle one is bound up where it goes past the dash vent hose.

This is a non-ac truck.

Are you sure you have them routed correctly? Here is a link to a thread on it. You need to lube them before you install them too.

yep, I lubed them up before I installed them. I ran them the same way as in the pic too, and they work fine, but I had to bend that middle one around slot to get it to reach. I also had to wrestle with the vent hose, so I got to thinking it was wrong.
