front Brake Lines
Just put the spindles, steering etc from a 71 in my 64.. Now that I ran the brake lines to the rear of the control arm ( like on the 64), it doesn't look right. Did the flex brake hose from the caliper run to the front of the control arm on the 71? A picture would be nice if possible..Thanks in advance

Yes, the disc brake steel line went to the front of the crossmember. I bought new 71 lines when I did the disc conversion on my 70 3.4 ton. I cut the rear bracket off the donor truck and tacked it on the front to hold the rubber line. Works and looks like stock. I went down the street and checked out a neighbors 71 for correct brake line routing.
