Which bulb

Does anyone know that part number of the bulb that goes into the heater harness light?

Thanks

Re: Which bulb

link: http://www.lmctruck.com/icatalog/cb/full.asp?page=46 it if i remember it's a bayonet type bulb like the 36-0230 bulb is the right one from LMC. in the owners manual for my 72 it says trade # 1445 at .7cp. so the local parts dealer should have a 1445 bulb for you. 463 nice looking truck, keep up the good work and keep the updates posted. 463

Re: Which bulb

Thanks for that. I made a phone call and was told that it could be a 53, 74, or a 1854 to. Lots of choices. If anyone has heater controls can they pull out the bulb and post a pic maybe?

Thanks

Re: Which bulb

Ok, bad back, brain and all, I went out and popped the one out of my '72... I can't guarantee the numbers since my old eyes are not so good up close at night, but its GE 14-45 and its a bayonet style meaning there are 2 pins at the bottom of the case (metal part).

I'd say the case is 5/15" in diameter and total length of the whole bulb and case is 3/4".

My camera can't focus on the bulb since its so small...

Google says 1445:

And the drawing looks just like what's in front of me... Dat be it!

Looks like its a 1445. Thanks to you and your bad back, brain and all. I have two kids so my brain is just about gone( minimal left for body functions ), the back is on its way to I checked partsamerica.com and saw this.
