How do I adjust the door strikers on my '75?

its a torx head you put in the middle of it and loosen it like a nut and then position it and tighten it up

I usually loosen them, close the door to where I like it (checking gaps and body lines), then tighten the nut on the backside enough so it wont move, then open the door and snug it down good.
