'71 C10 (ONE owner, 40k miles) Not mine in Missouri

This is a sweet truck. I see Joesjunk snatching this up. I'd love to make that my new "short" bed. But it's too nice to cut up! http://columbiamo.craigslist.org/car/542637685.html

man, I spend a LOT of time in Fulton while I was in college in Jeff City. Had a girlfriend that went to Westminster. spent many nights stumbling back to the dorm from downtown. is the Stable's still open??

I'll take your K5 when you want to sell it as well!!!!! nice.

There is a resturant still there. It's now called "Sir Winston's". I haven't been there for years. If your ever back this way give me a shout. And bring your truck!

Ideal canidate for a "chop" just out of my budget. I could probably find a nice swb for less than 10K...............Of course the mileage wouldn't be that low and it wouldn't be that well documented or original.

Thumbs up Re: '71 C10 (ONE owner, 40k miles) Not mine in Missouri

come on Joesjunk, it's got your name all over it
looks like a good deal IF it is truly rustfree AND original. put that complete body on a 4x4 frame and you're done. it would be a shame to disassemble a bone stock truck like that but i'd swap it over to a 4x4 in a heartbeat.

even at $10K it's still cheaper than a new truck.

Re: '71 C10 (ONE owner, 40k miles) Not mine in Missouri

Ok, I broke down and HAD to look at this one. It was not what I was expecting for a 40K mile truck (I am very picky though) It had some paint work done on the tailgate and bed side ( the bed side was dented again), small hail dings on the hood, the grill was dented, and the seat had some bad spots. It was very clean though, and no rust at all. Not worth 10K to me, but it was a nice truck.
