Switched from 3speed to TH350

I have been getting tired of shifting the long floor shifter for awhile, so I finally switched to a th350 this weekend. I thought since I've seen some questions on this, that I would invite any questions while everything was fresh in my mind.
One thing, you do have to remove the old manual transmission crossmember. My 3speed trans was a direct swap with the th350. I just inserted the driveshaft back into the new one and everything fit just fine.
