Factory colors

I have a 1970 c-10 short bed I think the factory color is harvest gold not 100% does anyone know how many diff. shades of gold there were for this year. Thinking of going back with the original color two tone white upper cab and lower gold anyone have any pics. Thanks I will try to get some of my pics on here, just found out about the site from a buddy, very cool site.

what does the SPID say? You should be able to get mpaint off the option code.

Thanks for the help I will check out these sites and try to get some pics of mine on here it was my first truck. I have had it since highschool but its been sitting for about four years so its time to start tinkering around with again. Waterford is east of modesto and south of oakdale

Well I looked at a couple of the different sites and aparently was way off 1970 and 71 came in medium gold poly. Thanks for the help

Here is the Medium Gold Metallic on a 1970 Custom Camper 20.I believe there were to gold colors, medium gold and dark gold.

Thank you for the pic. it must be the medium gold color. I hadn't seen the dark gold before but it is quite a bit darker than mine so thank you very much for posting the pic.
