He has not posted anything since 12-9-07 when he sent me his zip. I talked to him and made an offer but never heard anything after that. He said that he was going to put the project in storage for a year or so if it didn't sell. I have been sick and hadn't followed up on it but would still buy the whole project if he decides to sell.
