72 k20 Super Cheyenne ??
I'm the second owner of a 72 K20 Super Cheyenne, currently repairing rust in floor and rockers. Truck has houndstooth seating, tilt, dark blue color, wood grain details but no air, I would like to have air in the truck would it be better to add vintage air to the truck or find a new cab that came with air? Or Would it be better to leave truck without? Also this truck has the side travel tanks should I leave them or remove them?
Thanks for your 2 cents!! |

Re: 72 k20 Super Cheyenne ??
I never had a/c till I moved down here to the nuclear summer zone from Wyoming. If you don't need it, spend your $ on something else. If you do want it, you can spend as much making an old system work right as you can putting in something new. The one benefit to the stock a/c is that you can use recirc or fresh air, all the aftermarket a/c setups I've seen use recirc only.
