help ID my truck
I have a '72 Chevy 1500 4x4 with a H.O. 350 and auto. 10 bolt front and 12 bolt rear axles and am woundering what the designation of my truck is? ie. C10, K10 I am not quite sure. It also says on the original options list on the glove box that it has the Canadian package. Dose anyone know what that is? thanks.

Re: help ID my truck
that would be a K/10. GMC's were 1500, chevys were 10 series.
The K is for 4X4, C would be 2 wheel drive... although, badging would not show this. The canadian package... I think there was a block heater, and maybe a couple other cold weather items? I can't remember off the top of my head at the moment, some one will though. Welcome to the board from central Ohio! |
