New Guy in MS
Hey all!! I saw this site and some of the posts and thought it was great.
I recently purchased a 72 short/wide and love the truck. I finally got the wife to agree to the purchase too, and that's the best part. Please bear with me as I am sure I will be asking for help/tips from time to time. Thanks in advance!! Last edited by santana474; 01-30-2008 at 11:53 PM. |

Hello neighbor. I live north of Runnelstown and work in Hattiesburg. What's your truck look like, maybe I've seen it around.

Re: New Guy in MS
I'm in Petal, don't have the truck on the road yet, but hope to soon. It's a two tone green and white. Am going to replace the wiring harness this weekend with an E-Z wire harness. Wish me luck!!

Re: New Guy in MS
Good luck with it, I'm working this weekend and next weekend too or I would offer to come help with it. We'll have to meet up soon, I'm the only one around here on the board but there are several members in Gulfport and Jackson. It's about time for a Mississippi meet.

Re: New Guy in MS
Thanks for all the welcome's to all. Krue, we should do a MS Meet some time. Would love to meet others from the board and compare notes. Hopefully I will have my truck running pretty soon.
Got the old harness out and ran all the wires this weekend. Have gotten the front end lights wired back in and am going to get all the tail lights rewired then will focus on the engine and under the dash. I can't wait!!!
