Identify This Radio Delete Plate

The '55-'59 radio delete plates I've seen are a stamped sheet metal piece with a bowtie for the radio opening, and black plastic plugs for the radio knob shaft holes. The pictured stamped metal radio delete covers both the radio opening hole and the radio knob shaft holes. Is it GMC or what is it?
