67 292/M20 4spd to 292/th350

I did a search and found a lot of data for tranny swaps and I may have missed it but I want to know the following. I would like to swap out the M20 in my 67 c10 to a th350 that is currently in a 78 1/2 ton. So the finished setup would be the 67 292 with the th350. I understand the cross members and drive shaft mod but what about the two, will they bolt up? Can anyone give me the scoop on this or forward me the link with the answers. I appreciate it!

Just food for thought...A T400 would be easier because of the kickdown linkage. I do not believe a T350 was ever behind a 292 because of the high torque...So kickdown might be difficult if it is different than the 250 6 cylinder. I am not a big T350 fan...and the kickdown on the T400 is way easier to hookup.

As far as bolt pattern...all Chevrolet 6 cyl/8cyl share same bolt pattern up to at least 1999. I am not sure about the new generation of motors from GM.
