Question stock wheel/hubcap question

does anyone know what hubcaps came stock on a 1974 GMC c-2500? these are what was on my truck:

now, i just had new tires put on yesterday and i told the guy to leave them off cause i'm going to repaint them anyway. he had to use a crowbar pop them off because they were on there so tight. so now there's creases on the lips (one fresh one and some others that look like they've been there for years from PO's taking them off) and 2 of them have large, shallow indents from them getting pushed on before. are they supposed to be that tight or did someone put different ones on at some point years ago? i think that the wheels are original but how would i be able to tell?

They look like the originals to me . Find an old tire iron that has a curled lip on the end . Use that to pop them off . Frank

Look like stockers to me. The older tire iron is a good idea!

i've seen those chome ones on the website where i got this pic from http://www.hubcaps.org/. look kinda nice but i don't know if i'm willing to spend $40 a pop on hubcaps.

thanks everyone for the help. i wanted to know before i started fixing em up. i know exactly which tire iron you're talking about. i there supposed to be an indent on the lip somewhere to get that hook under the rim without screwing em up?
