star rivits............where to find??
My body and paint guy took my vin plate of the cab when he painted. It was originally held in place by a star looking rivits. Anyone know a source for these type rivits?

TRIMTAGS.COM carries them. They are not on their website anymore, but they have them for $24 a set.

I used some regular aluminum pop rivits and witha little work with a flat file was able to make some that look pretty darn close, you will ruin a few practicing, but they look close enough for me. Of course if you need the real thing there is no substitute for originals.
