Re: Advanced Adapters 205 ??????????????????
We ordered the 0405 and the 6900 to adapt the 205 to our new 4L65E. Have not gotten it together yet. Is there anything I should know about this part before I install it?

Re: Advanced Adapters 205 ??????????????????
if u use the stock adapter that can with the stock 205 u will have to take about 5/8s off the stock adapter. that is what i had to do on myn i would post a pic but cant figure it out. AA told me if i order there 205 adapter for 279 dollors i wouldnt have to modify it. I couldnt see throwing out the stock part?? I wish they would make it work for the adapter they send u BUT It will work with some grinding

Re: Advanced Adapters 205 ??????????????????
I have not had to modify one yet. The instructions say they may need notched, but all the ones I received were already notched. You should be able to use a stock TH350 adapter, but depending on what transmission you use, may require either changing output shafts or like some people have done, build an extension adapter.
