Adjust your draglink. The way I did it was I went to an open parking lot and drove in a circle one direction then the other. Keep adjusting until you are making the same size circle in both directions. Duno if that is the right way or not but it worked for me

Did you replace the stock steering arm with one for a 4" lift.

You need that.Then you need to center the steering box with the wheels.I get my wheels straight,then count the turns in either direction.Like 1 1/2 right and 2 3/4 to left,for example.That would be 1 1/4 different.Divide in half which would be 5/8 turn of the wheel.Now get the wheels straight as you can by eye again.Disconnect the back end of the drag link (@ steering arm).Lock steering wheel in one direction and count total turns to lock in the opposite direction.Take it back 1/2 that number and the column will be centered.Now,extend both ends of the drag link until it`ll go in the steering arm.Then,pull the steering wheel and turn signal canceller and center those.
