Today I tried to install an LMC exhaust system for my 68 GMC with leaf springs. Even though I made it fit, I'm not satisfied that they sent the correct parts with it. And, unfortunately I didn't have my camera to take pics of the parts.

Here's the link of the parts I ordered. In the pic, it shows the exhaust pipe and an extension piece with an upward bend for the rear axle. Then it looks like the muffler would be after the rear axle. Mine would not fit that way. I had to insall the muffler before the rear axle.

Would appreciate it if someone could post a pic of the exhaust system on their 6 cylinder?

Well, I answered my question and think I know where the parts came from... Someone posted this site sometime ago from Walker Mufflers and I found it's almost identical to the pieces I got. The only thing is that the exhaust pipe (from exhaust manifold to muffler) in mine is in two pieces. Can't tell from the pic on this site if that is also two sections.
