Got the engine and transfer case scrubed down today and started cleaning up the fuel and transmission lines. I'll get the frame back in little over a week a so I need to quite being lazy and drinking to much beer.

Question: As I was cleaning my transfer case I noticed that there was white numbers scribbled on top of it. It appeared to be chalk and in 4" big numbers it was written 253 (I think) is this something they did in the factory to keep track of things on the assembly line? Just wondering if any of you have ever seen this. I will post some pictures tomorrow.
