It should fit a 78 Custom Deluxe, grille is a Silverado trim and fits in the same opening. Shipping to Sandusky, Ohio 44870 is based on the following:

Grill & Packaging weight = 10 pounds & 50" X12"X 4" dimension.

Parcel Post = $20.89
Federal Express = $9.30

It's a no brainer, FedEx Home is the way to go.

I will need to buy some bubble wrapping and find or build a box, so the handling will be $5.

Total = $24.30

well im going to look around in a junk yard first, ur price is ok, but the shipping and all that is wut gets me, im going to see if i can find a nice grill like that, in a junk yard. if i dont find one, i'll get back in contact with you to see if you still have it.. thanks alot!

P.S. $9.30 shipping is not alot for shipping 10 pounds 2000 miles. Could save the $5 if I'd just wrap it with Sunday's paper and cardboard I guess.
