Smile 79 PS brackets

Guys,
Will the power steering setup off of a 1979 inline 6 work on my 1967 inline 6? I located a engine out of a 79 with power steering. I will have to buy the whole engine to get the brackets but to me if it will work the end justifies the means.
Thanks all

Re: 79 PS brackets

Look at the donor engine.I don't know the change date but GM went to an integeral head(Intake is part of the head) at some point. The brackets for that are definitely different.I "think" all the others are compatable but someone with more knowledge will chime in.
