Re: help with my rockers
The outrigger is the cab support that comes off of your frame and then the body bushing sits on top of it and then supports the bottom of the cab. LMC truck probably has a good exploded diagram.

Re: help with my rockers
Those look to be oem style rockers. The slip ons don't have the radius'd areas that go up the a & b pillars at the front and back of the door opening. Stay away from the slip ons, the oem style are just as easy to install and will do a much better job.
I hate removing rockers, that's when you realize that the nice looking truck you thought you bought is really the rust bucket the previous owner got rid of! (well, my trucks anyway!) Good luck, Rg

Re: help with my rockers
I am currently replacing this area on my truck, the next time i will go with the outer cab floor ext. LMC part #'s 38-7904 and 38-7905 instead of the inner rocker panel part # 38-6534 the out cab floor ext, run the complete length front to back. you can see these in use on 68 short steps build of Incredible hulk in the project/build section. I ordered the rockers, part # 38-6530 and 38-6531. Good Luck.
