front suspension assembly

Worked on the front suspension a little today. Got three questions:

1. On the ART uppers, how tight do you torque the large nuts on the ends of the cross shafts? I called ART, and while they didn't have an "exact" number for me, they said to torque them to whatever the factory specs are which I believe is 95 ft lbs. after looking in the chassis manual.

2. How tight should the 4 link bolts be torqued?

3. The factory LCA's have threaded cross shafts. Should the shaft be in a specific location when installed? From left to right, I can turn it just over four full rotations. I was just going to install it at about two turns(half way) and closest to the dimple in the shaft. I thought the adjustment in the shaft was for alignment purposes, but I went down to my local alignment shop, and the guy said he would not adjust the shaft in the alignment procedure. So I was wondering if anybody else had any experience with this.

thanks,
josh
