Manual box VS. PS box?

i have both a manual box, and a PS box for my 82 C10. i'm thinking about using the manual box to save weight, as i will be lightening the front end as much as i canto improve the balance. i have both boxes, and both pitman arms. are there any other differences in the steering linkages i should be aware of. TIA

You have everything you need there is nothing different between a PS and non-PS system other than the gearbox and pitman arm.
