quick vortec head question??????
one of my friends bought these adapters at a swap meet and i cant find them online. the adapter is used so you can put older style valve covers on vortec heads so you dont have to put on the ugly valve covers with bolts in the center. if someone could tell me who makes them or who seen them that would be greatly appreciated, thanks...

They make some very cool center bolt valve covers and by the time you buy the adaptors you could buy some nice aluminum covers (center bolts!)

I dont think center bolts are ugly, here is what I got for mine. when bolted down the chrome bolt heads set it off a little more

Like I said, by the time you drop the $$$ for the adaptors, you could be 50-100% of the way to buying a sweet set of center bolt valve covers (BTW those black ones are sweet!!)
