disk break question

Is it possible to use disk break parts from a 99 up chevy to convert a 68 over and keep it 6 lug.

Re: disk break question

I don't know the specifics on this, but I've read that the center hub or center of the wheel opening on the newer 6-lugs and the older 6-lugs are different. I don't even know that this is of consequence to you, just tossing it out there.

I can't really help with the question, but here's a bump to the top anyways.

Re: disk break question

Don't know that '99 and up will work, but here is a thread in FAQs on using '88-'92 light duty 3/4 ton set up.
