Carburetor replating

Does anyone know where I can get my quadrajet replated in the Dallas/Ft Worth area? I am rebuilding it, and I want to get it replated. Any help is appreciated!

I think you can buy a do-it-yourself kit.

Re: Carburetor replating

Eastwod makes a fake cad plate process, and Caswell Plating sells the real thing. In my experience, the Eastwood stuff looks lousy, and the Caswell stuff is expensive enough and difficult enough to get good results that you're better off handing it to a shop.

Have it done by a shop - there are a bunch of Q-jet shops that will redo the cad plate professionally and a rebuild.
