WTB..Steel wheel swivel casters.
Does anybody know a web site that has cheep casters. I'm looking for some steel wheel, swivel, casters with a brake that can handle about 500lb each. They need to have 4 holes for mounting. Man.....are they expensive.

Yup, not cheap. $35 is about the cheapest I see off hand on the link I posted....But they're 800# ea. and they don't look like "steel wheels" either, probably just heavy plastic.

my harbor freight store has some and also at lowes and home depot carries some too

I tryed the local Tractor supply, they had steel wheel castors, but no brake. Home depot and lowes didn't have any steel wheel castors at all. The local Amish hardware store didnt have any steel wheeled ones either. Harbor freight didn't have them at the store.

I figured you checked TSC.That`s where I got my pneumatic swivel casters,and paid dearly.I needed something for across bare ground,stone,and rough concrete.They do have a good selection,though.

Grainger, but you have to look for the ones you want. They dont look cheap.
