Well after some more searching I found this thread by Yukon Jack. Looks like he ran into similar issues with the mounting studs and the pushrod.

So like I said, knocking out the studs on the booster is not a problem. But I guess I will need to modify the pushrod somehow to mate it to my brake pedal.
