Thanks, Tony.
actually, i went the stupid save a buck route and spent twice as much
i bought the procomp ignition package from ebay with the 6al copy cat msd box, a p51 super coil, and the magnetic pickup dizzy with no vac advance(better for big cams). the procomp 6al is THE worst piece of crap ever made! it died on me while i was fine-tuning the motor during the first hour of break in! i went through all of the wiring and found that power was going into the box and no power coming out. needless to say i drove straight to my local speed shop (goteli's) and bought the new msd 6al for 200 bucks, no problems since! the dizzy is awesome(also procomp) and the coil is great too, but i will never buy procomp crap again!

i got the procomp electric water pump in a package i put together when building the motor, but that posed serious problems too!
the water pump is fine but they give you a plug for one of the two water outlets and it is too small! (leaks), then i had to figure out how to run my alternator being that 98% of brackets run off of the water pump, i went with a header mount and a head mounted arm with spacers.... i hate this set up. it puts the water pump at a crazy angle, it works but i need to go a different route.
overall my ignition setup now is great but i would have just gone the msd route if i had to do it again. it fires on the first touch of the key every time!
