67/68 trim locations

I have seen pictures and diagrams of the 69-72 trim locations in the FAQ section but I am putting lower trim on a 67 model and I would like to find some original diagrams for the hole locations on a 67/68 model.

I've heard a lot of guys are skipping the holes and going with adhesive. Not sure how they're doing it buy maybe someone can chime in.

I've got the trim off of mine and if you need to I can take some measurements. I just won't be able to do it for a couple of days. I have my truck in another location.
