wire wheel them or sand them, prime and paint. if you are going to pull the powersteering pump pulley you will need a puller/installer, if not you will never get it off without destroying it. check out your local parts store, sometimes they will let you borrow/rent one from them. but, on the other hand you should be able to paint the p/s pulley with it on the pump.

Most auto houses sell the puller for 20 dollars or so. Its a good investment for next time.
