Shaving fire wall?

If you shave the fire wall is there any way to run heater?

If you use the Vintage Air Universal kit, All that is sticking through is a 4 fitting polished alum. bulkhead and then you have heat and a/c, i'm not sure about heat only...

I have that thought in mind as I go forward with the install of a 4 hole bulkhead piece in the corner above the passenger's floorboard.
