This is the second time I have ordered something from them and both times they reduced the shipping and handling charges for me. The first time I ordered an antena which would require a larger box, but I received a call from them saying that they found a smaller box and asked my permission to ship the antena seperate which reduced the shipping charge.
This time I ordered cab mounts and a power brake boot and the shipping was $20 when I placed the order online. I just got the parts today and on the printed receipt the S/H was marked down to $10 by hand.
It is good to know there are companies that have high ethical standards. They could have easily charged $20 and put the extra $10 in their pockets. I would highly recommend checking these guys out for parts.
