Header choice.....need input.

I bought a set of the Hedman Elite mid length headers a few years ago and they have worked well. However my motor is being held back by the fact that they only have 1 5/8" primaries and a 2 1/2 collector. And, I'm about to jump two steps on the cam and going with a bigger stall and I'll be making power more in the mid-upper range.

So here's what I'm looking for.

1.) A 1 3/4" primary tube
2.) 3" collector
3.) 3/8" flange
4.) long tube that doesn't hang too low

Sounds like a good combo, i've got 1 5/8 primaries but a 3" collector running into purple hornies dumping behind the cab but what kind of cam are you going to run?

Well, I have an Extreme Energy 284 Comp Cam laying around that I could use.
However, it is a noisey SOB. I have the same cam but 268 in it now and the exhaust valves close so hard that it makes a lot of noise. It almost sounds like your valves around adjusted correctly. Anyway, I'm considering going with the Lunati Voo Doo.
