Tire choices?

I havent seen much talk on this.. but street use, and something classic (age look fitting, Im not $pending cash on coker redlines)

Something white letter or white letter outline - cooper radial t/a look popular on here, what else should I look at?

Re: Tire choices?

I just put a set of BFG Radial TA's on my DD.I haven't driven them much yet but I can say they are a lot quiter than the Cheapies I had on there before and at least as quiet as the original Goodyears.I paid about 20% less than the Goodyears would have been. Then the tire shop "Merchants" swapped tires onto rims for my panel. The manager wants my business and he is willing to earn it."No charge" on the tire swapping.I have to admit he does know I have 5 running registered vehicles.
