Got Snow?

We do!

Just in case anybody thought I was joking, here's proof.

Pics include the blazer that has a tank I need to get to, the tow truck and my 70 swb 4x4 project waiting for paint.

NOW!

Would be normal but it's been a tough year, woke up to more snow this morning with a prediction of an additional 4"s over the weekend.

Not all bad, we're still skiing the back-country so that's cool at least.
Love skiing corn snow!

Probably roll right into summer.

Re: Got Snow?

I was going to give you a warning that there is more on the way. We got another 3 or 4 last night, but it'll be gone by tomorrow. I'm really looking forward to nice weather this year.

Re: Got Snow?

Think one last ride is out of the q, here. Ready to put the sleds up for the season now here in N. L. Mi. Waiting to get into the storage barn to check out the K5 . Just getting ready to kick in the work overtime- to finance the K5 even more! Still trying to stockpile N.O.S. parts. K5 to stay alive!

Man Kurt I'm going to send you 2 hair dryers or maybe even 3. I wonder if that'd help you melt all that snow -Jason

That's about an hour south of me, if you ever get up any closer, give a holler.

We went 6 miles down stream.
I was really fun, about 18 degrees and windy.
Truly fun, not being a smart a$$)

One section we went through was side to side of 1/4" thick ice, we had to barge through it.

Due to the lack of snow melt as the pics attest to, the river is actually very low.
Scrubbed over rocks quite a few times.

Re: Got Snow?

What's up this year with all the snow? It sounds like many areas broke records in the snowfall department. Oh well...spring is on its way!

That chunk is what slid down from the roof/hood area.

Re: Got Snow?

We got close to zilch this year.I wish we could have come up this season.Up at my mom`s they get lake effect. We made it up there a few times to slide the hills.I did my rounds of the property on the old Bonnas(wooden X-country waxers).
Gotta watch those iceburgs, don`t forget the titanic."When the snow pack starts to go the water will flow"(doncha know).I hope that it doesn`t warm up too quick for you.
We paddled the last weekend of Feb.and two weeks ago.Man,I get out of shape over winter. And,I didn`t have a single cannoli! We had plenty of water, though.
