Re: Wanna get rid of those Dumbo Ears...
Just go with the OEM sport mirrors. You can get them at the junk yard or at LMCtruck.com. It will require you to weld up you old dumbo holes and drill new ones for the sport ones.

Check with a place here in the valley, Grumpys Trucks, he has the smaller ones, here's the website:grumpystruckparts.com. If not that try socal:
so-calspeedshop.com they have some really nice hot rod mirrors that my son used.

I can see in a pickup, with no blind spot, that'd be ok. I've taken them off for now. I'll see how I like it. 8T3GMC: I love the way those Chevelle mirrors look.

Re: Wanna get rid of those Dumbo Ears...
I am working on building a mounting bracket to install a set of the Street Scene mirrors on top of the Dumbo Ear mounts on the doors. That way I don't have to ruin all of the custom paint work by filling the dang holes. I think with some billet aluminum angle and some glass work, I can mold the bracket to mount to the mirrors and flow with the shape of the door.

The sport mirrors don't provide the best view but it's just enough, and they look nice too.
