i took the easy way out but paid for it...
I drilled out a little of the cones to help loosen them. I did damage the studs since I went to deep. You only need to drill down about 1/8" all the way around the stud. I tried heat, BFH, PB Blaster and finally cheated... I wasn't using the axle so it didn't matter that much...
