The rears? You might be able to get lowering ones for a 73 and up truck. Does yours have 2 1/4" or 2 1/2" springs? 2 1/4" more common, but Longhorns and 4x4's have 2 1/2". Junkyard probably your best bet.

I think you`ll have the wider ones in`68?You could drill for the Ford brackets. But,if time isn`t so tight, try to find the originals.See if any are being parted in the parts section. If you want to lower, then the lowering brackets mentioned will do the trick.I know LMC has them, since I know a guy bought them.
What was the problem with the brackets?

Re: 1968 gmc 3/4 with Leaf Q hellp
I ran into this on my truck. Had a hard time finding rear spring bushings, as '67 and '68 rear leafs were narrower than '69-'72 (Mike C is right, '67 and '68 4X2's are 2.25"). I was told that many Ford pickups had 2.25" wide rear springs. If that is true, you probably could make the Ford hangers work. I would think you probably could find someone around here with the right ones though.

If you find 2.50" bracket you can always use spacers.I guess I had it backward on the width.I knew they weren`t the same as`69-up.
